Another Trip to Turkiye with a Group of Legislators
Turkish Cultural Center organized another Turkiye Trip with a group legislators from New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
The aim of this trip was to observe the diverse culture of Turkey and learn more about the Gulen Movement which encourages interfaith and intercultural dialogue. From the first day of the journey in Istanbul through the cities of Izmir, Ankara, Kayseri and Cappadocia, every moment was made very delightful not only by the diversity of Anatolian cultures and cuisine but also by the generosity and warmth of the local families.
During the trip delegation also held important meetings with Parliament members and mayors.
It was a truly wonderful and unique experience for our guests and hosting families and organizations in Turkey.
