Turkish Cultural Center took place in International Culture Festival at University of Maine – October 29, 2011

Big attention to Turkey stand at the International Culture Festival, which took place at University of Maine, Orono Campus.

People who visited the Turkey stand learned about Turkey while enjoying baklava, Turkish pastries and Turkish delight along with Turkish Coffee.

PhD students at University of Maine, Alper Kiziltas, Nadir Yildirim and Sefik Tunc said: “Our biggest ambition is to represent our country here where we are. Today we are proud and happy. We want to organize bigger events with Turkish Cultural Center to introduce our country in our university and to the State of Maine
